The most recent version of a file is synced to the Axsy Mobile App when files are configured in the Axsy Sync Config.


Specify the Files 


Firstly, the set of files to be synced to the Axsy Mobile App needs to be configured in the Axsy Sync Config. There are two different settings that you can configure to do this:

  1. Record Sets: by including the Attached Content Document Object as a Related Object for a Record Set. These files are accessed via the Related tab of a record in the app. 
  2. File Sync Setting: by specifying files for General Sync settings. These files are accessed via the Files widget under the main menu of the Axsy Mobile App.


Configure the File Sync Setting 


Navigate to Sync > Settings > General and enter a comma-separated list of Salesforce IDs for the File Libraries you want to include in the Files widget. 



Enable File Sync in Sync Settings


By default, the actual content of a file is not synced unless the file content setting is configured in the Sync Config. To do this navigate to Sync > Settings > General and select the File Content checkbox.
